​Pricing for Corporate Compliance Services

1. Initial and Annual Report Filings – Most states require corporations and LLCs to file an Annual Report or Statement of Information every year or every two years. This is a mandatory filing and we use our Corporate Compliance Services software to ensure we file this for you on a timely basis. Failure to file timely can cause additional fees and penalties and cause your company to go into negative standing. The specific deadlines and filing fees* vary by state. Initial and Annual Reports $75. The Following States require initial Reports: CA, CT, GA, LA, MO, NV, NM, WA.. The Following States require initial Reports: CA, CT, GA, LA, MO, NV, NM, WA.


2. Articles of Amendment – Businesses must notify the state whenever they make any major changes, such as moving to a new location or adding a new board member. This includes changes to your company name, your address, or your share distribution. If any of the above apply, we will file an Article of Amendment so you stay compliant.

3. Articles of Conversion – If you decide to change your business structure from a corporation to an LLC or vice versa, we will file an Article of Conversion with the state on your behalf. Conversions $175


4. Annual Meeting Minutes – All Corporations are required to have regular Board of Director and Shareholder meetings and must draft evidence of these meetings in the form of Annual Meeting Minutes each year. Failure to draft meeting minutes and keeping them as part of your corporate records can put you at risk of losing your corporate shield. We will coordinate, prepare and provide you with the Annual Meeting Minutes so you stay compliant. Annual Meeting Minutes $75


5. Articles of Dissolution - If you have an inactive corporation or LLC and have stopped doing business, the Articles of Dissolution and other required documents MUST be filed with the state office to properly close the business. Failure to file appropriate documentation will result in additional taxes, fines, penalties, and other fees for every day your company does not file the Articles of Dissolution. We will prepare the Articles of Dissolution so you stay compliant. Dissolve a Corporation or LLC: $135


6. Registered Agent - All corporations incorporated (formed) are required by law to have a registered agent. Note: for other business entities like an LLC., a registered agent will keep your company’s address information confidential, giving you an extra layer of privacy.  within the state of incorporation. The registered agent must be locatedIf you do not designate a registered agent, your corporation may be considered defunct by the Secretary of State and lose corporate status.
