Our Cloud Accounting Software Partners
Accounting doesn’t have to be difficult and thanks to the cloud, there are plenty of great choices that are easy to use. Being one of the most important aspects of your business, you need an accounting solution that can help your business gain control of your finances. Choosing the right business accounting software can help you automate your books, manage your finances, minimize errors, save time, and it will help you grow your business.
Who doesn't know Quickbooks? By far the most popular cloud accounting solution, Quickbooks is a very reliable solution that helps businesses of all sizes. Quickbooks offers many good features, many reports and an enormous amount of integrations. On the flip side, it is not the easiest solution to learn and may not be suitable for businesses that never used it.
Xero, a cloud accounting solution, connects small, and mid-sized businesses with their accountants, and provides business owners with great visibility to their financial position and results.. Xero has grown quickly in the past few years and is the top competitor of QuickBooks. With sophisticated accounting features, an intuitive platform, and many integrations, Xero has been a favorite among accounting firms. Xero is more expensive than all the solutions we work with so it makes more sense to use if your annual revenue is over $600,000.
Zoho Books is a cloud accounting solution that does nearly everything the other popular brands do, but at a much lower price. In the past few years, Zoho Books has made significant progress and is now one of the top players for small to mid sized businesses. The only downside we currently see is not having an integrated, which is coming soon. We recommend Zoho Books to almost every business since it is not only a great product, they offer over 40 other GREAT applications at unbelievably low prices that can run your entire business. Zoho is a no brainer in our mind. See our Zoho page for a view of all their products.
In our opinion, Wave is the top free cloud accounting software. You will be able to connect unlimited bank and credit card accounts, add unlimited income and expense tracking, invoice and scan receipts for managing expenses.
You can also give your clients and customers the option of paying invoices online via credit cards and by ACH. However, Wave charges 2.9% + $0.30 for each credit card transaction and 1% for each ACH payment. You can add payroll for your employees, however, there is a monthly base fee, plus $4 per employee and contractors.
Wave is a great no cost option for very small businesses.

ZipBooks is also a strong accounting software for small businesses. You will find features such as reports, bank syncing, billing, expense management, and invoicing. You can also tag any transaction with a customer, project, location, or other custom tag, then generate an accounting report based on the tags. Like Wave, you can process online payments to your invoiced customers Square or PayPal. Standard rates apply.
